Qualifications

• Four years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
• Three years of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, build and lead high-performing teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to keep store functions running smoothly.
• Staff the store by attracting, assessing and onboarding teammates.
• Equip employees with tools to succeed in daily tasks.
• Drive store performance including budgeting, planning and customer service metrics.
• Manage product life cycle from stockroom to sales floor.
