Job summary

Tailored Brands, Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in San Leandro, CA to partner with the Store Manager to coach the team and drive sales while maintaining brand standards. You will manage opening/closing duties as the manager on duty and lead by example in delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will use store reports to identify opportunities, participate in staffing decisions, and help develop a high-performing, inclusive team focused on growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and develop a store team for peak performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead staff toward sales, service, and operational targets.
• Open/close the store as manager on duty and ensure daily execution.
• Coach, develop and motivate team to deliver an engaging customer experience.
