Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms: CBC and firearms training may be required.
• For facilities that sell only ammunition: state eligibility certificate may be required.
• Associates will be required to complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, and feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by managing budgeting, forecasting, and expenses aligned to sales and profitability.
• Ensure customer service excellence by following Walmart OBW model and resolving issues with a focus on the customer experience.
