Job summary

Walmart in Aurora, CO is seeking a seasoned retail leader to supervise and develop hourly associates, driving performance and engagement in a dynamic store environment. You will hire, mentor, assign duties, and promote a culture of belonging while aligning with Walmart's One Best Way service standard.

You will also help lead store operations, monitor budget and P&L, and implement action plans to reach sales and shrink targets while focusing on staff development and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Two years of college or equivalent required.
• Retail and supervisory experience preferred per job posting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Leadership preferred (Live Better U)
