Job summary

Walmart Distribution Center is seeking a results-driven leader to guide store operations, people development, and customer service excellence. You will drive financial performance, oversee budgeting, and coordinate staffing to meet store goals.

Responsibilities include mentoring associates, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching and listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Drive store financial performance through budget, forecasting and expense control.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and maintain a customer-first service standard.
