Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include 2 years of college or equivalent experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Alternate path: 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Alternate path: 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training, feedback, and coaching.
• Model exceptional customer service and implement OBW standards across associates.
• Oversee store performance, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Coordinate staffing, engagement, and associate recognition to meet growth goals.
