Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement and be a role model for store staff.
• Drive sales goals by monitoring progress against KPIs and supporting the team to achieve them.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet productivity targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing and floor coverage.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure stock replenishment aligns with brand directives.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
