You will drive performance, mentor Shift Managers, and uphold RaceTrac’s commitment to making people’s lives simpler and more enjoyable.

Responsibilities include leading a high-performing team, optimizing operations, training staff, managing inventory, and ensuring food safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in high-volume retail or food-service environments.

• Ability to read and act on business metrics like sales and labor
