Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing according to guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, including damages, markdowns, and audits.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership.
• Open/close store and manage cash procedures in the manager's absence.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and control expenses.
• Complete paperwork and documentation on time.
