Job summary

Kroger is seeking an experienced retail leader in Farragut, TN to oversee daily store operations, guide teams, and uphold excellent customer service. You will partner with department heads, coaches, and associates to drive initiatives, respond to opportunities, and promote community relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or equivalent.
• Retail management experience and staff supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager & associates in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in planning, implementing & executing merchandising/operating initiatives.
• Develop action plans/communications to associates on survey results.
• Work with department heads/store associates to identify store opportunities and implement solutions.
• Manage total store operations in store manager’s absence.
