Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving a favorable customer shopping experience by supervising store operations.
• Lead merchandising and operating initiatives with department heads.
• Develop action plans based on associate survey results and store performance.
• Monitor budgets and labor costs to meet sales, wage, and profit targets.
• Promote safe, compliant, and inclusive store environment.
• Support staffing and retention efforts across departments.
