Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising and training Store Associates, maintaining displays, managing inventory, processing payroll, scheduling, and cash handling while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
