Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/readable operations manuals/merchandise schematics could be referenced.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
