Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Daly City location. You will assist with daily tasks, help customers, and ensure merchandise is organized on the floor and in stockrooms.

Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, directing store associates, and maintaining a safe, friendly environment while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail/store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Organize and stock merchandise from delivery to floor.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures as needed.
