Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations at a Panda Express location. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
Hire, manage and direct of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
Provide leadership and direction to team; participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program.
Support from Panda leadership and ongoing career development opportunities.
