Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager to support store operations and guest experiences at a Panda Express location. You will recruit, supervise, and guide team members toward achieving financial goals while delivering exceptional service.

You will participate in a multi-week leadership training program designed to prepare you for future growth within the company, with ongoing development and advancement opportunities across our restaurant network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles.
• Availability for opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in 3 or more weeks of store leadership training program.
• Open and close shifts as required by business needs.
