You will complete a three-plus week leadership training program and join a team committed to growth, community involvement, and career advancement within our Panda Express family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
• Support ongoing career and leadership development within the Panda Express environment.
