Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct team members to hit financial goals while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

A multi-week store leadership training program will prepare you for success. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time associates, including medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, PTO, and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience and mentor team members.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training prior to assuming full duties.
