Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single Panda Express store. You will hire, guide and supervise team members to meet financial targets and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

A leadership training program of 3 or more weeks is provided to set you up for success. You will manage shifts, work schedules, and uphold food safety standards while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays, per business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
