Job summary

Panda Express, part of Panda Restaurant Group Inc., is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, lead a team, and drive guest experiences. The role includes a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success.

You will be responsible for staffing, directing associates, and helping achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
