Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in developing team members and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help translate our brand values into everyday interactions and drive performance under competing priorities.

You will oversee training, operations, sales, merchandising, inventory, and store administration, while ensuring security and staffing needs are met.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Store Manager to develop and engage team members and achieve budgeted revenue goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate brand values and mission.
• Open and close the store, plan labor schedules, and manage store operations and security.
• Drive inventory management, visual merchandising, and store administration to meet market needs.
