Job summary

UGG, a division of Deckers Brands, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide the best customer service possible, and communicate our values, vision, and mission. You’ll navigate a complex business to satisfy customers and grow talent under competing priorities.

As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll support daily operations including training, sales, inventory, and administration.

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience preferred.
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers.
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving budgeted revenue goals and store performance.
• Partner with Store Manager to develop and engage team members and deliver great customer service.
• Open and close the store, secure assets, and manage labor scheduling.
• Maintain training standards and motivate the team to align with brand standards.
• Address customer needs promptly and cultivate awareness of industry trends.
