Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing and implementing action plans to improve operations.
• Leads store tours during interviews and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains and develops staff to achieve potential using company materials.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
• Prepares and revises weekly schedules and manages labor costs.
• Stock shelves and operate POS accurately; handle curbside orders.
