ALDI Bellevue is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help drive store performance, coach team members, and uphold ALDI’s values. You will report to the store manager and play a key role in scheduling, training, and delivering excellent customer service at a busy Bellevue location.

The role is full-time with an average of 38 hours per week. Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with a wage increase to $26.50 per hour in year two, reflecting the emphasis on personnel development and operational

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates responsibilities and expectations.
• Helps develop and implement action plans to improve operating results and staff development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains and develops staff using company-provided materials and ensures policy compliance.
