ALDI Brand is seeking an assistant store manager to support store operations, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction in Bellevue, WI. The role reports to the store manager and emphasizes developing personnel, operational excellence, and adherence to ALDI's values and policies.

Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with a wage increase to $26.50 in year 2; average hours are 38 per week, and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates expectations and targets.
• Assists in developing and implementing plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Trains and develops store personnel using company materials.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures; maintains schedules and payroll adherence.
• Stock shelves and displays; operate POS system and manage curbside pickup orders.
• Ensures a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
