ALDI Bellevue, Wisconsin is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and uphold ALDI's standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a team, manage schedules, and ensure excellent customer service.

This role requires strong leadership, prior retail or management experience, and a commitment to ALDI's policies. Starting wage is $25.50 per hour with a scheduled increase to $26.50 in year two, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience with management experience preferred.
• Full-time schedule averaging ~38 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the store manager.
• Leads and develops store personnel; communicates performance expectations.
• Assists with action plans to improve operating results and staff development.
• Leads interviewing and hiring recommendations with the store manager.
• Trains and develops staff to maximize potential; ensures policy compliance.
• Helps manage schedules, expenses, inventory, and cash handling per company procedures.
