Boot Barn in Dickinson, TX is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our leadership team. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead partners, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales while upholding Boot Barn’s mission, vision, and values.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the sales floor, daily coaching, and collaboration with District leadership to optimize operations, merchandising, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Review goals with partners, providing consistent and timely coaching, actionable feedback, and recognition of excellence.
• Implement and maintain an environment of continuous learning and assist with partner training plans to improve store performance across operational and merchandising areas.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to adapt to changing business needs and procedures; adjust store schedule as needed and communicate with District/Region teams.
• Plan and execute successful volume-driving events that involve outreach to the local community/market.
• Lead and coach associates in building customer engagement through our loyalty programs and ensure achievement of individual and team goals.
