Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Austin to collaborate with the Store Manager in driving sales, coaching staff, and maintaining merchandising standards. The role emphasizes customer service leadership, partner development, and adherence to company policies.

Primary responsibilities include staffing, training, and executing store operations to achieve sales goals, while fostering a culture of teamwork and community in line with Boot Barn values.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2-4 years of retail store management experience.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays; flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Coach and review goals with partners; stay present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Train and develop team members; collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling and hiring.
• Ensure merchandise stock levels and visual presentations meet guidelines; manage markdowns.
