Job summary

Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the operation of a single Panda Express store. You will hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and support store staff to ensure efficient store performance and outstanding guest experiences.
• Participate in leadership training and development to prepare for advancement into management roles.
