Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.

• Assist operation of a single store; hire and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store team to improve performance and service quality.
• Participate in leadership training and development programs to prepare for advancement.
