Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you’ll help run a single Panda Express store, supervise and develop team members, and drive guest satisfaction while working toward financial goals.

We provide a multi-week leadership training program, growth opportunities into management, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
