Panda Express is hiring an Assistant Manager to help run a single store and lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll hire, supervise, and motivate staff to meet financial targets and maintain quality service.

A comprehensive 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success, with ongoing development and opportunities for growth within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to meet financial goals and deliver guest experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program of 3+ weeks.
