Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive guest experiences while achieving financial goals. You will participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move a store within a 50 mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified (Food Safety).

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and staff.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks leadership training program.
