Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to execute daily store activities.
• Participate in and support the 3+ weeks of store leadership training program.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
