Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single location, hire and direct staff, and drive guest satisfaction while working within Panda's leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program.
