Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, and discipline staff under supervision.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations.
• Assist in hiring by coordinating interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Oversee safety training, scheduling, and payroll; ensure compliance."
• Review KPI dashboards and P&L with store manager; identify opportunities.
