Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, Manager Development Program, and Installer Service Specialist.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wholesale or retail store operations and team members.
• Oversee work performed by all store/HUB staff.
• Recruit, test, hire, evaluate, promote, and discipline team members.
• Train staff and conduct performance evaluations; recommend pay increases.
• Maintain store organization, safety, and cleanliness; manage payroll and scheduling.
• Oversee delivery fleet maintenance and route coordination.
• Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and returns; monitor profits.
