Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Gilroy, CA to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll coach and develop a team, ensure store standards, and collaborate with leadership to meet KPIs.

As the heart of the store, you’ll manage scheduling, training, merchandising, and inventory control, while upholding Lids’ brand standards and creating a fun, inclusive shopping experience for customers and teammates alike.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store staff through training programs and goal setting.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations.
• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store inventory, pricing changes, and product counts.
