Job summary

Athleta in Minnetonka is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the store tone, lead the team, and bring our brand to life for customers. You will drive profitable sales growth through all aspects of the store including customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong communication with customers and team to meet goals.
• Retail mindset with drive for results and metrics.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including holidays, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to utilize retail technology.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-centric mindset.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility and implement action plans.
• Promote omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure consistent execution of SOPs and brand standards.
• Represent Athleta and stay aware of the retail landscape and competition.
• Support community involvement and store events.
