Job summary

Athleta is seeking an Assistant Manager to set the tone in-store and lead the team to deliver the brand experience for our customers in Roseville, MN. You will drive profitable sales growth through customer and product operations, merchandising, and talent development, while coaching Leads, Experts and Brand Associates to deliver a best-in-class experience.

Collaboration with the General Manager to execute the store strategy and achieve performance goals is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail management experience.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• A good communicator with customers and team to meet goals.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies and processes to drive store sales.
• Recruit, hire and develop Brand Associate and Expert teams.
• Own assigned area of responsibility.
• Implement action plans to maximize efficiencies and productivity.
• Perform Service Leader duties.
• Ensure consistent execution of standard operating procedures.
• Represent the brand and understand the competition and retail landscape.
• Promote community involvement.
• Leverage omni-channel to deliver a frictionless customer experience.
• Ensure all compliance standards are met.
