Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail systems.

• Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent with coaching.
• Own store sales plans and forecasts and drive omni-channel initiatives.
• Champion Kate Spade aesthetics and maintain brand and visual standards.
