Kate Spade New York is seeking an Assistant Store Leader in San Diego to partner with the Store Leader to maximize productivity and profitability through leadership, coaching, and operational excellence. You set the tone on the sales floor, elevate service across omni-channel and virtual selling, and foster an inclusive environment where associates can thrive.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail management experience in fashion or lifestyle.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and retail systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Model client-focused selling and lead a high-energy sales floor.
• Recruit, onboard and coach team members; manage performance.
• Own store sales plans, forecasts, and action plans.
• Champion brand standards and visual directives on the floor.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and stock workflows.
