Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co Manager leads the customer and brand experience in higher-volume stores, guiding visual execution, product storytelling, and daily operations. This role reports to the Store Manager and collaborates with Supervisors and Selling Associates to deliver exceptional service and meet financial goals.

We seek a values-based leader with 3+ years retail leadership, able to coach, hire, and develop talent, and to work nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ability to review business reports and take data-driven actions.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and withstand long hours.
• 3+ years of retail leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience in the store.
• Lead visual merchandising and product storytelling aligned with brand guidance.
• Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and performance coaching of staff.
• Direct reports including Supervisors and Selling Associates, as assigned.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and leadership teams to ensure execution.
