Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years in a business-unit with a sales/retail emphasis.
Proficiency in MS Office, financial acumen, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve performance.
Lead and supervise up to 15 direct reports and manage the entire employee lifecycle.
Sustain store profitability by managing P&L, margins and financial metrics.
Champion brand strategy and ensure first-in-class customer experience.
