Job summary

La‑Z‑Boy Incorporated in Gainesville, FL seeks a dynamic retail leader responsible for personal sales, store goals, team leadership, operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to drive revenue.

Total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $95,000 annually, including base, commission and bonus, with 40-hour weeks, UNCAPPED commissions on design sales and other sales, and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or a related field.
• 3–5 years in a sales retail role or business unit leadership.
• Strong Excel-like and MS Office; financial literacy; customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, training, and support to sales teams to improve performance.
• Lead and supervise the employee life cycle including recruitment, training, and development.
• Enhance employee engagement and nurture a positive workplace culture.
• Achieve store and operating benchmarks; manage P&L and margins.
• Champion brand strategy and exceptional customer experience.
