Strong focus on customer service, team development, and operations control will be expected in a fast-paced retail environment. The position includes pathway to Store Leader Trainee, with an emphasis on developing leaders from within.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to store team and maintain high customer service standards.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs to drive store performance.
• Analyze store reports and P&L to guide improvements and profitability.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of rewards program.
• Maintain health, safety and sanitation compliance and a welcoming store appearance.
• Communicate clearly with staff; multitask and manage priorities effectively.
