- Train, coach, and develop store employees for peak performance.
- Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
- Manage cash handling, fuel transactions where applicable, and promote loyalty programs.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked store environments in compliance with health procedures.
