Job summary

7-Eleven in New Palestine, Indiana is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to work with the Store Leader to run daily operations and deliver excellent service. You will supervise staff, train associates, and support merchandising and loyalty initiatives while ensuring safety and compliance in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervision experience and strong customer service focus.
• Ability to train and develop store staff to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities
