The role emphasizes coaching, training, and developing store staff, with internal advancement opportunities and an emphasis on promoting from within. Responsibilities include overseeing all merchandising and marketing programs, managing cash handling and fuel transactions, and using P&L

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, empower employees, and focus on retention.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive performance.
• Manage cash handling and fuel transactions; promote rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and in-stock products.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; experience may substitute.
