Job summary

7-Eleven in Hammond, IN is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. As an Assistant Store Leader Trainee, you will work closely with the Store Leader to develop people, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader.

• Maintain clean, safe environment per health/sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities
