7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Indiana to join a dynamic store leadership team. The role focuses on customer service leadership, coaching, merchandising execution, and driving profitability in a high-volume retail setting.

The candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to manage store operations, cash handling, and loyalty promotions, and pursue internal growth through our training programs. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store staff.
• Develop leaders, retain qualified applicants, empower employees, and boost productivity.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs and promotions.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion.
• Ensure a clean, safe store environment and compliance with health/sanitation procedures.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience acceptable.
• Valid driver's license with automobile liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as part of the management team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives.
